Why doesn't my discount code work?
  1. Make sure you have copied and pasted the discount code correctly to avoid any possible typos.
  2. Please check whether the item you want to order belongs to the "New" category or is already on offer. Discount codes cannot be applied to items that are already reduced.
  3. Please use your email address in lowercase letters, as our website is case-sensitive and capital letters may cause problems with the discount code.

Shipping, Returns, Exchanges & Payments

We only use DHL for shipping to Germany and Austria

Answer: The delivery time within Germany is usually 1-2 working days, internationally it can take a little longer. All orders placed before lunchtime can often be handed over to the parcel service provider on the same day. Please note that there may be delays with the parcel service providers in the run-up to Christmas or on certain sales days (Black Friday/Cyber ​​Monday) due to the increased order volume.

I entered an incorrect delivery address, what should I do?

To contact as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to adjust your delivery in time and deliver it to the correct address.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can view the status of your order in your customer account. Once your order has been shipped, you will also receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking link.

My package arrived damaged, what should I do?

Unfortunately, it can always happen that a package is damaged by the parcel service provider during transport. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you.

Our customer service is available to find an individual solution for you. You have the following options to choose from:

Exchange: If possible, we will send you a replacement for the damaged item free of charge and ask you to return the damaged goods to us.

Claim and full refund: If you do not want to keep the damaged item and an exchange is not an option, you also have the option of requesting a claim. This will give you a full refund of the purchase price. Please select this option if you want a refund.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We currently only accept PayPal and Amazon Pay, but more will follow soon.

How long do I have to make a return?

The cancellation period shall be 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods.

You will automatically receive the invoice via our shop system to the email address you provided when ordering. Please also check your spam folder if you have not received the email.

Will I receive a confirmation email once my order has been shipped?

Yes, you will automatically receive a confirmation email from our shop system with your shipping confirmation and tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

What should I do if a product is missing or incorrect in my order?

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. If something is missing from your delivery, please contact our customer service so that we can deal with the issue immediately.

What type of warranty is offered?

Should you have a justified complaint, we grant you a guarantee for a period of 2 years for private, non-commercial use from the date of purchase.

What does the warranty cover and what does it not cover?

We are pleased that you have decided to purchase a device from our company and hope you enjoy this high-quality product. Should you nevertheless have a justified complaint, we offer a guarantee for a period of 2 years for private, non-commercial use from the date of purchase.

1. This guarantee does not affect your statutory warranty claims as a consumer against the seller of the device. These rights are not restricted by the manufacturer's guarantee provided by us.


2. The guarantee provided by us is only valid for private use of the device and is limited to the territory of the Federal Republic of Germany.


3. The warranty period is 2 years from the date of purchase for private use.


4. During the warranty period, defective products can be sent to the service address stated on the warranty card (Globaltronics Service Center Audio, c/o Teknihall GmbH, Alfred-Nobel-Str. 1, 63128 Dietzenbach). You will then receive a new or repaired device free of charge. After the warranty period has expired, you also have the option of sending the defective device to the service address for repair. Repairs required after the warranty has expired are subject to a charge.


5. In the event of misuse, improper handling, use of force or interventions not carried out by our authorized service branch, the guarantee will be void.


6. The purchase receipt, which must be enclosed with the device as an original or a copy, serves as proof of guarantee. Without a valid purchase receipt, free complaint processing under this manufacturer's guarantee is not possible.


7. If you send in the device without a valid proof of purchase and outside the 24-month manufacturer's guarantee, we will provide you with a cost estimate for the repair. If you decide against a repair, we will return the device to you and charge you a flat rate for transport and drawing up the cost estimate.


8. Replaced parts remain in our service center and will be destroyed at our discretion.


9. The warranty is void if the device has been opened and/or modified by you or a third party not authorized by us.


10. No warranty claim exists:
– In case of improper handling
– In case of mechanical damage to the device from the outside and transport damage
– With normal wear and tear
– When installing the device in damp rooms or outdoors
– In the case of damage caused by force majeure, water, lightning, overvoltage.
– Failure to follow the operating instructions and operating errors
– If the device does not have a technical defect


11. The guarantee does not include any further liability on our part, in particular no liability for damage that did not occur on the device itself or that occurs due to the device failing until it is repaired (e.g. travel costs, etc.). Your statutory rights remain unaffected.


12. Warranty services provided by us do not extend the warranty period of 2 years from the date of purchase, even with regard to any components that may be replaced.


13. We provide a 6-month warranty on batteries.

How do I apply for a warranty?

Please note our warranty conditions and contact the service center by phone before sending in an item to receive an RMA number.

To send a product directly to our German service center in Dietzenbach (only for products from the “Brown Goods / Consumer Electronics” range purchased in Germany), you can use the website www.myreturn.biz . After entering the hotline telephone number for your product (found in the operating instructions), you will receive a parcel label that allows you to drop off your defective device directly at a post office free of charge.

Questions about the KidsTablet

The tablet no longer responds to inputs

On the back, underneath the stand, you will find a small opening. Using an unfolded paper clip, you can access a reset button. Press this to restart the tablet.

I have forgotten the PIN for the tablet / for the screen lock.

If the device was set up for parental controls with Google Family Link during the installation process, a new password can be assigned via parental access via the FamilyLink app using the tablet's linked account (the child's linked Google account) under "Settings" -> "Devices" -> "Kidstablet_xxx" -> "Lock screen settings" -> "Screen lock password".

The prerequisite is that the tablet is switched on and within range of a WLAN network that has already been set up on the tablet.
It may take a few minutes for a new PIN to be sent.

The new PIN can then easily be used to unlock the tablet.

A notice:
Sometimes it may be necessary to restart the FamilyLink app after changing the PIN for the target device. You can easily test whether an active connection to the tablet can be established by using the "Make it ring" function.
